A Sneak Peak

My little girl turns 4 next week! Wow, where did the time go. She wants an Olivia the Pig birthday party. I found a cute shirt on Etsy and thought I could do that, with a little help. I emailed the shirt to my amazing, can do almost anything sister-in-law and she made the image, emailed it back, and I printed it off on transfer paper.
I ordered this shirt from walmart.com. It came in a package of two and the shipping was 97 cents. I can't drive to walmart for that.
I made Sean cut out the image. He is a little more precise when it comes to detail. He said I could have picked an easier picture.

 Voila!
She absolutely LOVED it! I had her try it on to check it out, and she DID NOT want to take it off. In fact she threw a fit (Its been one of those kind of days). But the next step on the directions is to wash it inside out before you wear it.

First Haircut

Earlier this summer Olivia got her first haircut. Hopefully, once I get this page printed, I left enough room for the sample of her hair that we cut. I think the only reason we got her to do it was because Grandma, and I also had our hair cut. It wasn't a major cut, just her bangs. They were poking her in the eye. Whenever I had asked her before about getting her haircut it was always "tomorrow".

Don't forget to follow my blog for a chance to win a $5 Cold Stone Creamery gift card on Friday.

Following

Maybe I am a little selfish, but I have one sweet person following my new blog. What does a girl have to do to get a following? A drawing for a Cold Stone Creamery Gift Card? I know my posts aren't as exciting, cute, or articulate as some. Creative writing wasn't always one of my strong suits. Just ask my college writing professor. I got a D on my compare and contrast paper in Comp 1. Luckily, he let me redo it. With my mom's creative help I got an A. Then about 2 years later I took Comp 2, ended up with the same teacher and he remembered me and that paper. I had to describe the two papers to my Comp 2 class. Talk about embaressing. Please follow me, I feel lonely.
